Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws and a master's degree in Safety community and the control of violence, Sociology Department, both from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania. The master's degree main subjects were concentrated around the understanding of the causes of conflict and on conflict resolution.
She was a Red Cross volunteer for one year, where, among other projects, she organised leisure activities for the elderly that lived in a nursing home. For 5 months she was an intern for a local organisation in Iasi that has as a main purpose community development, with a focus on environmental protection and human rights.
Currently she is engaged in a long-term European Voluntary Service at “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center, having the role of Project Officer.
