The “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center is an international humanitarian and independent Institution based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Our Institution is established on standards and principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and European Union Law. It works on humanitarian and development policy relevant to the defence and promotion of children’s rights. It does so through research, grassroots program design and implementation and advisory services offered to governments and international organizations. The operation of the Institution is founded on the principle of promoting and protecting the rights of children. We aim to do this through the implementation of a variety of projects world widely, but also through the integration of unaccompanied children who reside in the host country.
2.1. In accordance with its articles of association and its aims, “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center cooperates with governments, civil society organizations, NGOs and other agencies to promote the rights of the child and the youth, under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the EU and International legislation and guidelines
2.2. “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center preserves the right to receive funds from private individuals or legal entities to achieve the afore mentioned goals
3.1. Online Donations via Paypal and JCC services
3.1.1. Donations can be accomplished either via Paypal or JCC services through the ‘’Hope For Children’’ website application. The JCC Card Management System (CMS) supports all types of cards, Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Co-branded, Loyalty, Store and Virtual cards, in a highly secure way.
Through its reliable, flexible and user-friendly system JCC is able to provide its customers with a number of Card Management Services which include:
3.1.2 Cancellation and refunding terms and conditions
“Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center accepts cancellation of donations and refunds the donor exclusively in cases of fraud and errors (duplicate donations)
4. USE OF THE FUNDS
The funds of donations will support “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center’s work and efforts to achieve its child protection aims.
5.1. “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center and the Donor make the best efforts to achieve an amicable agreement in the event of challenges, disputes, claims or complaints arising in relation to or referring to the individual contract for donation
5.2. “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center and the Donor want to have their dispute resolved preferably in a conciliation procedure.
5.3. Any challenge, dispute, claim or complaint which is not resolved by an amicable agreement within 60 (sixty) days after “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center and the Donor receives a request for an amicable agreement
