Rebecca Smith Nodia

President

Rebecca Smith Nodia is the President of the Board of Directors of “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center USA.

Rebecca’s professional experience includes 12 years of working in the software industry for a company that specializes in solutions for educators and administrators to help children thrive in the special education environment. Her role as a Marketing, Events, and Sales Coordinator consisted of planning and managing from start to finish up to 80 national and regional events per year, supporting a team of 10 sales people, and collaborating with the marketing team on everything from branding, copy, web design, and anything customer-facing. She has been fortunate to have a fulfilling and long-lasting career working with educators; giving them the freedom to focus on what truly matters, their students. Her current role, the most demanding yet, is a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful, energetic little girls.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire. Her collegiate experience was unique in that she spent two semesters abroad focusing on an interactive study of globalization and international business through a combination of academic work in Cyprus and professional business site visits to leading companies in Cyprus, London, Paris, New Delhi, Bangalore, Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. Her second semester consisted of intensive travel to 14 countries and 26 cities with a home base in Cyprus. Program studies focused on the European Union, politics, the future of Europe, history, heritage, art and culture. This exposure to different cultures, experiences, and people truly humbled her and ignited a passion to have a more positive impact on the world around her.
